Dexter Gruver - Licensed Denturist

Dexter Gruver attended Idaho State University, where he received a business degree. He then continued his education at Bates Technical College, where he received a degree in Denture Technologies. Dexter is a licensed denturist in the state of Washington. A denturist is a licensed professional who creates, fits, and repairs dentures.

Dexter first became interested in becoming a denturist while observing and working as a lab tech in his father-in-law’s denture clinic. He enjoys the artwork involved in making dentures and the precision it takes to create dentures that fit properly. Dexter enjoys working with his patients and seeing them finally happy with their smiles.

Dexter and his wife moved to Washington to attend one of the only denturist programs in the nation. After learning about Gig Harbor’s great reputation of being a safe, family-friendly city, they decided to live there while he attended school. 

It was not long before they fell in love with Gig Harbor and the surrounding areas. That was one of many great reasons they chose to open their denture clinic here.

Dexter also loves the area because of his fondness for the outdoors. He enjoys snowboarding with his wife, mountain biking with his dog, hiking, and hunting.
